SarasotaMusicScene.com (Sarasota Music Scene) was created in order to provide the musicians and music venues of Sarasota a substantial resource to gain recognition, gain exposure, collaborate and promote their music and events. In an effort to support the music community and continue to see that music thrive in Sarasota a one stop one resource website to get all your music information is our priority and our objective. We are all volunteer-based and any money taken in is reinvested in projects and events to support the local scene.

 Our Mission

Our Mission Is To Support The Music Community Of Sarasota To The Best Of Our Ability By:

• Providing a single, unified music community driven place for all musicians and music venues to promote their music and events.
• Providing a one stop resource for those interested in knowing where to go for music, what music suits their preference and those wanting to hire musicians.
• Providing a platform for musicians and / or music venues to network and collaborate.
• Supporting musicians through event attendance, sponsorship, promotion, volunteerism and creation of opportunities.
• Creating opportunities for musicians to gain recognition and exposure through events, promotion, venue relations and other collaborative efforts.
• Supporting music fund raising efforts through sponsorship, promotion and volunteerism.
• Establishing long term and quality relations with musicians and music venues.
